ACCREDITATION SITE VISIT NOTICE – Rhodes Wellness College will be hosting an accreditation site visit on June 16–17, 2026. Patients attending clinic on June 16 may be invited to share feedback regarding their experience. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your care. Accreditation representatives will not be present in treatment rooms during patient care. All privacy and confidentiality practices will continue to be followed. Questions? 75-Minute Student Massage Appointment This appointment will include a health history review, assessment, treatment planning, hands-on massage therapy treatment, and home care recommendations. Appointment times are longer to support student learning and instructor supervision. Instructors may periodically enter treatment spaces to observe, support student learning, and provide clinical guidance. Students are supervised at all times by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs).

Please Note: Our student clinic is a shared educational environment. Treatment spaces are separated by curtains rather than walls, and complete auditory privacy cannot be guaranteed.

Eligibility Restrictions: In accordance with accreditation requirements, students are not permitted to provide treatment to instructors, supervisors, close friends/family members, or individuals with whom they have an existing personal or professional relationship.

Insurance & Claim Eligibility: Student therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). As such, services are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans, and we are unable to accept open ICBC or WorkSafeBC (WCB) claims.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for as much notice as possible for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments directly impact student clinical training.
